With 20 years of NHS clinical practice, alongside a range of leadership roles in digital transformation, I thrive on the challenge of bringing brilliant digital solutions to our clinical teams. Utilising the experience gained from a range of provider roles as well as CCIO for 3 CCGs in the South East, I feel a strong connection to the problems front line teams face, and how technology such as clinical decision support, AI and natural language processing can support efficient, safe and timely care. #Purpose #UserCentredDesign #Human Factors. How we use data is grossly underestimated in importance. and attention needed to help create a positive data culture. Unlocking meaningful data means we really understand the difference we are making, both good and bad in order to create sustainable change.
