The four day Summit brought together over 250 civic and cultural leaders, virtually and/ or in-person in Jersey City, NJ at Hudson County Community College Culinary Conference Center to explore ways to grow healthier, sustainable, prosperous, equitable and inclusive communities through place-based community focused initiatives.Performed functions with respect to the funding and partnership development, liaison management and on-site logistical support at the Summit.
