Directed and managed multiple, contingency engineering, operations, maintenance, construction and services task orders for US Iraqi Freedom at Joint Base Balad, Camp Taji, Sather AB, Al Asad, Kirkuk, Adder/Talil, and Victory Base Complex; and numerous outside the wire locations in Iraq. • Directed O&M, construction task orders at Camp Taji and Sather AB; provided Incinerator Operations and Recycling at JBB.• Installed a power plant for the Department of State at their New Embassy Complex in Baghdad; using a local national labor team with Egyptian, Turkish, Indian and Jordanian engineers and supervisors. • Managed six teams of environmental and safety response and cleanup teams assigned to six different locations throughout Iraq; each team had US and multi-national team members, primarily Indian, Filipino, and Nepalese. All of these teams respond to incidents in their area of responsibility, including outside the wire locations. • Transitioned a construction project in Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The construction team consisted of Turkish and Afghani workers tasked with renovating several existing facilities and constructing three new facilities.

Served in Iraq supporting U.S. and Coalition Forces as an Incident Commander. Responded throughout the theater, inside and outside the wire to assess potentially harmful materials that posed a potential threat to Coalition Forces and civilians. Developed numerous innovative environmental solutions to eliminate waste streams, reclaim hazardous materials, recycle materials and treat hazardous waste.
