I was approached to manage one of DHLs largest accounts in Australia which had been proving problematic, with very poor client relationship due to a number of factors: eg. service level issues, costs, communications problems etc, within 3 months the account was improved significantly and within 12 months the account had been turned round to one of the best accounts in the country. Changes occured included improved communications, consistent achievement of all service levels and KPIs and a vastly improved client relationship, all done while reducing costs by over 15%.

Operational Excellence lead for the Middle East region responsible for managing the regional project management office (PMO) Six Sigma Master Black Belt for all process improvement initiatives, Quality Management including certification for ISO standards, Health, Safety and Environmental reporting and KPI reporting.Establishment of the Regional Process Improvement function and Improvement databas including the training and development of the regional PI team (multiple black and green belts) resulting in numerous process improvement initiatives to facilitate over 10M Euros in savings.I managed the PMO with numerous projects in the region including new builds in Saudi Arabia, the design for 3 x 1M m2 storage facilities in Oman and Freight operations in Iraq for the Oil and Gas industry
