Having been a professional football player for 15 years I came out of football and ran my own football coaching, CIC and personal training businesses. During those years within sport at that elite level I have built up a vast network of knowledge and contacts in and around the business community, physical and mental health and well-being, as well as the day to day needs of running a project. I have always prided myself on the relationships and contacts I have built down the years with people from all walks of life.In my role with O’Neill & Brennan I am involved with client management, business development and labour supply on some of the biggest construction projects in and around the midlands area. Building strong, long lasting relationships built on trust and reliability with clients is something I strive to do. Corporate and social responsibility is also something I am very passionate about.As director of Paul Devlin Fitness and Well-being CIC I am involved in many community based projects, hard to reach children in the community sports camps, personal training and mentoring for people in social accommodation, The Road to recovery cycling project in conjunction with Changes UK to help people with addiction issues are examples of the work we have been doing since 2019.I am also Club ambassador for Birmingham City Fc and still take a very active role in and around the local area getting involved with projects the club or the former players association are involved with. I also still take a limited number of people on for personal training fitness sessions which I enjoy immensely.
