I am a member of the Senior Management Team at Talis, with primary responsibility for the new sales of our Talis Elevate teaching and learning tool. Based in the UK, I work with universities to help them understand how our services help them to meet their current and future strategic challenges.

Direct line management of the UK Key Account Management team within both the (book) trade and library sectors, Direct Key Account and new sales responsibilities in the UK and Middle East. Strategic responsibility for library sales for Nielsen Book, including providing advise and support for sales collegues working in other territories, and working.

Responsible for the management of the Nielsen Book Library Sales Team and direct Account Management for Key Library Accounts. Also responsible for the strategic development of NIelsen Book library business, and representing the library sector internally within Nielsen, working with all departments e.g. Marketing, Editorial & IT.

Working alongside the Sales team, responsible for the identification, application, completion and presentation of all formal library tenders/contracts, including academic and public library sectors; the identification and development of new services in the library sector; and the line management of the bibliographic data department.
