Dickson Architects is a young vibrant London based practice established in 2014. We are currently working on schemes across a range of sectors: namely high end retail; private residential new build houses; high end residential extensions and Cat B office fit-outs in the City. Our current projects range from £180,000 - £10 millionWe work very closely with each client and involve them in every aspect of the design process. This relationship is retained throughout all work stages to ensure we deliver a high quality scheme which fulfils the specific client brief. The proposal will provide nine four bedroom houses over three levels with integral garage, terraces and large gardens. This would be a nice addition to our residential portfolio.

I was responsible for G&P's expanding retail portfolio and was the partner in charge of several high end CAT B retail schemes for Wholefoods Market, across London. The stores we designed were: Piccadilly, Richmond, High Street Kensington food hall, Fulham Broadway and also Cheltenham. The role involved initially working very closely with the client at feasibility stage to come up with site specific store layouts. Each store was designed with site history in mind and this was an exciting challenge to come up with different design themes for each. Dickson Architects are currently working with WFM

I was involved in a range of jobs in the office but primarily responsible for running a new build mixed use office/retail scheme in Richmond. I became involved at initial design stages and worked to create a new build scheme on a very sensitive corner site in the Central Richmond Conservation Area. The site was previously occupied by unsightly 50's buildings which were to be fully demolished. The development was arranged over four floors plus a basement. The retail unit occupied the basement and ground floor with open plan offices on the three levels above. The scheme went on site in 2010 and was completed in 2013. After which we were appointed to complete the high end retail fit out for WFM
