Having built his own company Powerful Group of Companies (PGC), which he grew to 70 vehicles strong, employed 80 skilled tradesmen, and ultimately to have sales in excess of $11mm. He was the sole CEO for 20 years before he exited. To facilitate the growth, he successfully bought and merged 3 companies and subsequently integrated them effectively - still having a presence within the organization post his succession. Paul successfully implemented varying strategies to expand organic growth within PGC.
