As a master electrician, a certified electrical technologist, and experienced in BAS Systems, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical systems throughout a building, commercial or industrial, Paul Docherty is well versed to understand the operation of all skilled trades needed to manage vast environments. Having built his own company Powerful Group of Companies (PGC), which he grew to 70 vehicles strong, employed 80 skilled tradesmen, and ultimately to have sales in excess of $11mm. He was the sole CEO for 20 years before he exited. To facilitate the growth, he successfully bought and merged 3 companies and subsequently integrated them effectively - still having a presence within the organization post his succession. Paul successfully implemented varying strategies to expand organic growth within PGC. He is a strong business development professional with a laser customer focus and is skilled at developing those relationships.
