Promoted to Contract Management Executive I managed the Jubilee, Northern, and Piccadilly lines team (JNP) for contractual compliance to the Public Private Partnership (PPP.) Working with the Tube Lines Infraco (TLL) my team (5) monitored, reported, and measured compliance to key performance areas of the PPP agreements, (Contract Value £34 million each 28 day period.)Performed several key roles including lead audit of Infraco operations while designing the overall audit program. Sat as chair of audit best practise steering group.Design and ownership of Performance team strategy, objectives and team management.Chair of attribution and claims forums ensuring compliance to shared standards and risk portfolio’s. Sat as chair of attribution best practise steering group.Forecast and invoice reconciliation, translating financial performance into priorities for mitigation and budgetingEscalation point for Infraco, PFI, LU, Projects and external stakeholders. Acted as contract performance and operational client for capital investment program.Promote awareness of contractual obligations and clarity in end users’ expectations.Performance managed TLL working in partnership to improve the Underground.

Working for the Public Private Partnerships Contract Management Executive I was accountable for performance of Jubilee Line stations to contractual obligations.Liaising with private partners Tubelines to target service improvements while managing a performance regime that provided incentives and penalties dependant on performance. I was accountable for auditing the Infraco's operations while working with London Underground operational teams to facilitate initiatives and continuous improvement.I was first level response to all contractual claims related to the Jubilee line resolving over 90% of attributable issues.

Moving to a head office function I was given responsibility for 100+ contracts. The role involving churning of lease contracts while collaborating with sales to inject service propositions into existing contracts while maintaining the annuity of current service levels. Driving contracts from sale through to developement and execution I achived triple digit growth on revenue sales and high double digit growth of service provisions.

Reporting to the Northern Director of Operations I was accountable for an audit program which covered all FM sites within client premises. Evaluating and providing reccommendations on finance and process performance I reported to the Northern leadership team.

Joined Xerox Business Services on a graduate initiative working for the Director of Northern Operations.Working in nation wide initiatives with fellow graduates while fulfilling operational roles on client sites.
