I was the Senior Project Manager on the Landmark Gateway Project. The project is 492 units on top of a cast in place podium sheltering a six acre buried parking garage. This project started January 2013. I managed extensive dewatering, site work, sheeting and shoring, 18,000 yards of cast in place concrete pours, buyout, personnel, accounting, relations with financial partners and community relations.

I was responsible for all aspects of a MBE/WBE owned construction company. My duties included business development, marketing, creation of a structural concrete/bridge building division, managing operations, personnel and equipment for heavy highway construction. I had full P & L responsibility for AB Construction and participated in the executive management team for AB Companies. Through leadership, innovative bidding, development of new business lines and development of key personnel I was able to triple annual sales volume and form strategic alliances enabling sustained growth.
