Over this time period the Business had me manage 13 different Stores with Sales as high as 1.25 Million per week. I was also asked to step up and manage an Area as an Area Manager responsible for 12 Stores on a few occasions. Managed the first Victorian Store of Excellence and the First Renewal Store in Victoria. Opened 2 New Stores managing all aspects of the opening.

Also worked on Capital Asset Requests for the sign off of New Stores/Refits. Spent time in Store Development managing a Team in Refitting Stores and conversion of Franklins Stores to Coles Stores.
