PD Ceramics Ltd was set-up by myself in 1986 after graduating from the Eastman Dental Hospital, London. It has been delivering an exceptional and very personal approach to how it services its customer base in Ireland for over 30 years. In that time we have evolved successfully by using the most up-to-date technology, techniques and the very best materials to meet our customer’s needs. We are an Irish company, supporting the local workforce and buying from Irish suppliers as much as possible.We pride ourselves on our working relationship with our customers and the range of services we can offer them. Communication is key in our daily support to our customers and we are always available to handle queries, over the phone, on-site at their practice. Over the past few years our communication modes have changed and one of the most effective ways we now transfer information on cases is via images and screenshots that allow us show the dentist exactly what we wish to discuss straight away when a problem occurs. It is a quick and effective way to get a problem sorted quickly, especially when distance and lead times demand immediate action. Our customers support and encourage us too in an ever changing landscape, where we are constantly scrutinising our manufacturing processes to bring the very best solutions to our clients.Our highly trained staff help us deliver a reliable and high quality service.
