I lead the programmatic rollout of our extended stay platform, including WoodSpring Suites, Extended Stay America and StudioRes by Marriott; site selection, contract negotiation, entitlement management, design and construction, and overseeing aspects of our extended stay hotels development. Within this role I assist our team members execution from site identification through turnover to operations.

My role as a Development Director at Concord is leading the development of our extended stay portfolio and the programmatic roll out of over two dozen Woodspring Suites by Choice. Through partnerships with Choice and our brokers, we identify and select potential extended stay locations; then continue on to negotiate land deals, perform site due diligence, engage design consultants, lead design and entitlements, and ultimately oversee construction prior to turning over to operations.Concord Hospitality is a proven leader in the hospitality industry, managing over 140+ hotels with over $1B worth of new development under construction and in the pipeline. In addition to our economic to mid-scale extended stay development, we are well verse in the development of mid to upper scale Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and Choice products.

At Aspire, we are Construction Managers and Owners Representatives, with a focus on our hospitality clients in the Midwest. We acted as their in-house construction and development team, bringing fiduciary responsibility and construction expertise to groups who built infrequently.
