25 Years working as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor on some of the UK’s largest regeneration projects. Primarily in the Commercial Sector my experience ranges from initial site evaluations which inform the due diligence process through to negotiation of S.106 obligations and bringing commercial solutions to often complex brownfield land regeneration schemes. A number of key achievements include, the restoration of Trentham Gardens, Swansea Bay Campus, the former BP Oil Refinery at Coed Darcy, RAF Uxbridge redevelopment, the former steelworks at Llanwern and the redevelopment of New Covent Garden Market. Our Company has grown organically and more recently by merger since formation in a controlled and structured manner to become one of the UK’s leading providers of Project and Cost Management, winning notoriety with a host of awards nationwide.
