Recognised as a fraud expert and representing the bank on external committees and councils. Building industry partnerships in the development of solutions and legislation, that enable the introduction of increasingly sophisticated A.I. and machine learning platforms. In my current role I am the accountable executive for delivering the Banks Compliance A.I. and Machine Learning strategy. I have worked in partnership with vendors and the wider business innovation teams and committees to introduce new approaches to the detection and management of financial crime, successfully elevating the Banks financial crime detection capability.My core skills are the ability to industrialise and scale machine learning data services to transform our detection capability, removing friction and deliver personal and relevant two-way interactions. I have significant experience in building and leading multi-disciplinary, multi-geographical and agile cross functional teams and programs focused on understanding stakeholders needs, researching relevant opportunities and developing commercially viable solutions that meet or exceed expectations.I have held team management and program responsibilities across South & North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I travelled extensively to build lasting relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, key vendors and industry bodies. I am the Compliance executive on a number of Bank wide innovation boards and committees that bring together talent on shaping the Banks A.I. program. I have spoken at both UK and Global conferences on a range of topics that impact the Bank and industry.
