Implemented the vision for products, services and infrastructure in the realm of design, development, testing and quality control for an HR Tech platform leveraging AI for recruiting and professional networking. Selected from dozens of companies to receive investment from the ninth cohort of the Novella Center for Entrepreneurship’s Conscious VentureLab startup accelerator.- Designed and composed more than 35 iterations of a pitch deck that helped the company raise a six-figure pre-seed investment at a $3 million valuation.- Created all company marketing materials and hundreds of visual assets including flyers, social media posts, logos, mockups, app store listings, product demos, color palettes, user interfaces, frontend source code and HTML email templates.- Built and maintained APIs and UI components for job aggregation and search, as well as for real-time messaging; released a job aggregator with the ability to search across 9 million job listings at any given time.- Utilized the Cypher query language to create an ETL pipeline in less than 4 days for converting the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Information Network database into a Neo4j knowledge graph for hiring recommendations.- Improved web app performance by over 60% using server-side rendering and server components via Next.js 14.

Created a mobile donation platform for giving to churches while studying at Penn; the platform assisted the operation of churches/nonprofits forced into lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic.- Used Flutter to design, develop and deploy a peer-to-peer mobile payment platform for iOS and Android in just 3 months; the platform processed over $85,000 in donations.- Implemented fraud protection and security measures to prevent close to $2 million in potential chargebacks over the course of 3 years.- Secured $25,000 in funding, and negotiated with an international team of software developers to deliver a prototype.

Assisted laboratory research under Dr. Brian Gregory as part of a work study award while an undergraduate student at Penn; the lab was concerned with elucidating the function of modifications to gene transcripts in plants. More specifically, the project was aimed at measuring stress responses for Arabidopsis mutants that lacked proteins for RNA methylation.- Presided over genotyping for more than 50 T-DNA knockout experiments involving growing and maintaining Arabidopsis plants, extracting DNA for amplification with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and identifying genotypes via gel electrophoresis with ethidium bromide fluorescence imaging.

Summer temp job with fragrance department assembly lines.- Suspended and resumed the operation of label applicators to fix jams and process up to 15,000 fragrance bottles every 3 hours.- Assured the quality of batch codes and serial numbers on products and packaging in the assembly line, checking two cologne bottles per second and restoring them to their respective plastic cassettes so that they could proceed down the line to a peristaltic liquid-filling pump.

Served part-time as a tutor for fellow community college students via regular office hours in a dual enrollment program, earning 2 associates degrees during high school.-Taught weekly GED preparation course for 25 continuing-education students offering guidance in Math and English, resulting in the successful achievement of their GED certification.-Improved writing skills for a dozen students ranging from 16 to 80 years of age via one-on-one sessions, enabling to them to achieve 18% higher grades on college essays.
