By unlocking these insights, I was able to drive improvements to the flow lifting revenue in the US by $35M annually. Subsequent testing in the UK resulted in a lift of $16M annually, with targeted testing continuing worldwide. • Within one year, we showed a lift or revenue savings to the company of over $75M annually through successful A/B and multi-variate testing. Implemented a new test plan for PayPal, leveraging best practices from eBay and Optimost. This allowed us to achieve statistical significance in over 90% of our tests and helped to reduce analysis paralysis on many of our tests. • Successfully transitioned from using Optimost early on to our own in house testing platform.
