I am the Founder and CEO of Consulting Life Sciences, a biotechnology consulting and brokerage firm established in 2007. From 2009-2023, I was the Co-Founder and Chief Corporate Development Officer of AnaBios Corporation – a company dedicated to the improvement of translational sciences by using primary human tissues and cells in preclinical discovery and safety pharmacology research. My scientific and business careers have spanned over 40 years. As a scientist I have gained research experience in differentiation and cancer, feto-maternal immunology, protein secretion pathways, intestinal motility, functional genomics, cardiac discovery and safety pharmacology, and pain and itch therapeutics. Following my extensive parallel business experience in the cultural artistic industry from 1986-2001, I began to combine my scientific expertise and business acumen in the biopharmaceutical industry. I have been able to successfully develop and market innovative projects and services for preclinical CROs aimed at increasing the efficiency of the drug discovery and drug safety development processes, generating over $50M in revenues.
