Responsible for Component specs, Packaging and Releasing of the Forward Facing Camera Drivers Assistance for FCA platforms. Responsible for all plant launch activities and service for Forward Facing Cameras at FCA. Work with the following systems to release Team Center NX, Catia VPM, Fast Car 2, Codep, EBOM, ISpeed, and Web CN.

Manage all Quality records in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines. Schedule and work with external and internal audits to continuously improve our A2LA Quality System. Perform Tool Service and Calibrations on Industrial fastening equipment (Atlas Copco, Cleco, Cooper, CP TechMotive, and Stanley). Perform all Certification under the A2LA guidelines. Service all fastening equipment in the field at customer sites. Perform Statistical Analysis on various joint applications for customer requirements. Assist Sales as a Product Support Engineer.

Lead all preventative maintenance and proactive scheduling initiatives. Program fastening technology using CP Tech-motive performance tools. Test and maintain PLC signals, proxies, and sensors for proper functionality. Debug electrical circuits when failures occur. Perform preventative maintenance, including PLC debugging and line logic analysis, to improve the functionality of production line operations. Develop new solutions to enhance machine operations. Maintain equipment inventory; ensure all parts are ordered and stocked to complete job and work orders. Complete work orders, and maintain records on completed work in a database designed to create a predictive maintenance atmosphere versus a reactive environment.
