Create treatment plans and provide one to one clinical support for patients recovering from brain injury in a Neurobehavioral Program. Responsibilities include utilizing approved behavior management techniques including use of verbal de-escalation and hands on intervention for crisis management. Consistently role model appropriate behaviors, emotions, and communication skills, such as anger management, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills. Prepare and submit reports to treatment team to reflect patients' progress or regression. Also responsible for the safety training of staff up to and including licensed clinicians for new inpatient Autism Unit.
