Growing up on a Kansas farm gave me the work ethic I have today. I have twenty-four years of experience at Caterpillar, which includes 14 years in Management. Nine of those years were in Sales. I also have experience in Scheduling and Logistics. While in sales, I took pride building business relationships. My customers knew they could count on me. I enjoy training others and feel that any knowledge I have is more valuable when others have access to it. I hope loyal and trustworthy are words that people use to describe me. Volunteering comes natural to me. I have been a volunteer firefighter for 11 years. I have been on the technical and nominating committee at Church. I have coached my kids in basketball, baseball and football. Coaching fulfills my competitive side, while allowing me to be a leader.
