Exus Solutions is a small IT & AV company providing standard installation services and hardware primarily to the leisure sector. Initially engaged to optimise ineficient highly manual processes, and consult on Project and Business Management techniques and technical topics. Soon after asked to be primary contact for all client and staff communications during the director’s long and regular absences.
