In my role as Operations Director,I sat on the Executive Committee whose role is to manage progress of the company against plans and budgets, define tactical decisions to ensure delivery of the plan, and manage the progression and growth of the company. Reporting to directly the Managing Director.Specifically responsible for:Managing the overall assignment of staff to projects, ensuring optimum delivery to maximise both return to TKUEP and customer satisfaction; Managing and reporting within the executive committee on, loading and capacity, thus ensuring he optimisation of utilisation;Liaising with HR & General Manager regarding internal and TK assignments to develop company knowledge;Ensuring that all TKUEP services are provided to the prescribed standards or quality, professionalism and efficiency;Liaising with clients, providers, consultants and contractors to promote business and build relationships;Providing direction to Operational staff as required, maintaining a close liaison with all project managers to ensure the proper undertaking of all work activities;Providing input into business and financial planning, staffing plan, bids and proposals.Specific areas or specially are: Operations / Facilities Management, Project Management, Utilistaion and Development of New Technologies, Energy from waste, Alternative Energy systems, methane extraction and processing.

Paul Managed a number of service/stream managers in the day to day running of the companies project portfolio - whilst acting as a Project Director or Manager on a number of projects worldwide.Reporting to the Operations Director.

Projects Manager, Co-ordination of resources and delivery of all projects, studies and new business, specialising in LNG, Pipelines, Gas storage, Waste to Energy, Marine power, Petrochemicals, Shale gas and Coal bed methane.Paul was also a Senior Discipline Consultant providing engineering support and study management within study and project teams and has responsibility for the in-house development of new technologies and the New Technology Business area.Pauls interest lies in EfW, LNG, CBM, CMM, Coal Gas,Shale oil and gas, stranded Gas utilisation and New extraction technologies.

Joined Board to support the development of a new entry into Mental Health support services, set development goals, financial plans, looked at long term business viability. Aided Managing Director in steering of bids with Local Health boards and charities. The outcome of the 5 months was a disbanding of the board based upon the lack of long term viability of the business as a charity. The business was more viable as a single person service provider.

Supervised operations managed manpower utilisation, and held delegated authority for Manufacturing and Technical managers. He was responsible for the health & safety of all operational personnel and for maintaining and improving plant efficiency, product quality and process effectiveness. Paul managed and supervised personnel during major projects; monitored productivity, MEI and ensured achievement of milestones; analysed plant data and created Integrated Improvement plans; and had plant responsibility for the management of global reliability
