Full accountability for the P & L of the entire transport operation for 2 sites with a budget of £8,500,000 per yearResponsible for 95 drivers and a total of 116 staff across three distribution sites. Full control of all 91 LGV Vehicles and all O’licence compliance.Chairperson for all disciplinaries, grievances and investigations for all depot staffChair monthly Health & Safety meetings.
