Manage the MK-72 Standard Missile Production Programs associated with solid propellant rocket motors for the Navy and the Missile Defense Agency. Manage the implementation and administration of MK-72 production programs, including planning, staffing, supply chain, financial performance and monitoring service line performance to meet cost, quality and schedule commitments.- Developed and impose program goals and objectives to achieve program success- Prepares monthly program earned value management reports and presentations for executive management review- Work closely with the Finance Manager to monitor awards, sales, profit, cash flow, EAC and PBR- Conduct daily IPT/CAM meetings to ensure the programs operate within the approved budgets and that any issues are mitigated in a timely manner- Support annual operating planning and long range strategic planning to support the financial goals - Develops earned value metric exports to assess the performance strengths of the program and identifies areas needing cost & performance improvement- Coach and mentor program staff members across all service lines to increase product fidelity and program success which contributes to the breadth and depth of the business area- Manage risk and opportunities; ensure achievable mitigation plans are in place to minimize issues

Direct program operations for 2 large Navy Seaport Programs valued at $100M: Modular Manufacturing Program and Applied Engineering Support Contract (HR-07) and the Mission Deployed Systems & Special Programs Engineering and Fleet Support Contract (HR-08) in support of the spiral development phases associated with the Minecounter Measures (MCM) Off-Board Systems and the integration onboard the Navy’s Littoral Combat Ship (LCS). Organize, plan and manage critical aspects of R&D, production and integrate, analyze, and manage a variety of acquisition functions and personnel in support of MCM development. Responsible for budget planning, budget Earned Value Management, personnel management at all levels. Directly interface with Navy senior staff to provide programmatic and engineering guidance that supports the program office objectives and future milestones. Possess a strong understanding of program and business operations and fully responsible for achievement of mission critical milestones and services-oriented contract performance on an ongoing basis. Display’s extensive knowledge of laws, principles, policies, and practices of program acquisition and program management. System Engineering/Integration & Test (SEIT) Lead for the Panama City Site. Provide technical support and manufacturing leadership through critical daily interface with PMS 420. Provide Systems Engineering, test planning & execution support for the Mine Counter Measures (MCM), Surface Warfare (SUW) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Warfare Centers. Derive & document customer requirements from ICD & CDD documents and allocate to various Mission Package System Specifications. Support preparation for land-based and at-sea DT/OT test events to validate requirements and resolve developmental & interoperability issues prior to FOT&E. Developed & maintain a program level RTVM within the customers DOORS Database that manages assessment data for over twenty-five hundred requirements that provide traceability to upper & lower level requirement documents. Developed DOORS metric scripts that populate assessment metrics for the entire program. Provide test and evaluation planning support to the local Navy Labs while assessing and recommending alternative approaches that support the Program Office objectives to include risk mitigation recommendations. Develops technical plans, reports, briefs test concepts and supports acquisition planning from program initiation through system development and demonstrations leading to Mission Package production. Assisted the Multiple Vehicle Communication System (MVCS) software customer to develop a software technology roadmap (Development Phase) documenting the current configuration and forecasting the future capability & technology drivers as products mature and are injected into the roadmap. Active participant during SEIPT meetings, investigate and facilitate closure of internal and external action items and performs technical reviews of proposed findings and recommendations.
