Responsible for leading a full time staff of 7 officers, NCOs, and civilians in a Training Support Battalion as part of First Army Division East. Duties include administrative management, sustainment support, current and future operations, budgeting, and advising the BN Commander on all aspect of BN operations.

Provided oversite, guidance, and control over all mobilizing (deploying) units within the 316 ESC. Ensured all mission requirements for each separate mobilization mission were met for personnel, medical, equipment, training, security clearance, passports, and support. Conducted analysis on 316 ESC units ability to meet future and emergent requirements from FORSCOM in order to nominate units for mobilization. Advised the 316 ESC commander on unit readiness challenges and courses of action to improve individual unit’s effectiveness.

Advised the CENTCOM Deployment and Distribution Operations Center Director on intra-theater ground, sea, and air movements of all classes of supply throughout the Middle East in support of all Department of Defense and NATO operations. Worked directly with all four DoD branches in a joint role and coordinated between CENTCOM, USARCENT, SDDC, 1st TSC, USAFOR-A, and NATO to ensure an uninterrupted flow of personnel and equipment throughout the region. Developed and executed contingency operations for the DDOC to continue to operations seamlessly during unplanned and short term changes to the operational environment.

Leads 51 team members in pick, break down, and packing of thousands of items daily. Serves as the synchronization point between two shifts, engaging two peer operations managers in order to provide seamless hand-offs between team shifts. Analyses and executes plans to improve warehousing capacity. Creates, modifies, and executes process audits in order to eliminate waste and improve efficiency of effort.

Advised senior leadership on future plans and operations across the Army Sustainment Command’s (ASC) global spectrum of operations. Served as the integration and synchronization point among ASC staff and external Army commands.

Provided material readiness and management of over 360 equipment types to include radio systems, generators, and satellite communication systems for the Army on a global scale, developing sourcing solutions for identified equipment shortfalls, forecasting future shortfalls, directing new equipment fielding, and directing equipment disposal

Directly responsible for the leadership, training, maintenance, safety, health, welfare, morale, administration, and readiness of 230 Soldiers and their families. Accountable for the maintenance, safe keeping, and operation of over 60 vehicles, 175 weapons, and a variety of additional assigned equipment valued at over $15 million. Planned, coordinated, and supervised all cargo transfer and line haul operations for Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM)

Support Operations Staff Officer for a mult-functional Sustainment Brigade consisting of 3 separate battalions and 2,300 Soldiers. Planned, coordinated, and synchronized transportation support operations for all I Corps Units on JBLM with line haul, deployment, and material handling equipment support.

Primary Staff Officer for an Arctic Stryker Brigade of 4,000 Soldiers, responsible for advising the Brigade Commander and 7 subordinate Battalion Commanders on all organizational and direct support activities. Integrated all logistical operations to create seamless support in full spectrum combat operations, monitoring and analyzing equipment readiness of all units, and maximizing operational capabilities

Directly responsible for the leadership, training, maintenance, safety, health, welfare, morale, administration, and readiness of 68 Soldiers. Accountable for the maintenance, safe keeping, and operation of assigned equipment and real property valued in excess of $14 million. Managed the only Forward Distribution Point for the Brigade, ensuring distribution of petroleum products, construction equipment, ammunition, major end items, repair parts, fuel, and water.
