In conjunction with my co-manager oversaw the day-to-day operation of the Residence Program and student staff at UBC. Worked with students and staff to provide educational opportunities and student leadership opportunities. Was responsible for hiring, conduct and training of the residence staff. In addition, developed a new living learning program for the Kelowna campus.

Student staff leader. Responsibilities included: organizing staff meetings, hiring, training and managing of the Residence Student Council and managed the building budget for student programming. Presented at the Residence Life Conference.

Worked in several different residence communities. Provided programming for students in my community, managed a floor budget and enforced building rules through the completion of rounds of the building. Attended the Residence Life Conference.
