I am an experienced/retired Compliance/Regulatory Risk professional and active NED, with over 30 years' experience gained in senior roles with:> a major UK bank> as a self-employed Compliance consultant> a global supplier of investor services and equity compensation plan administration> the Financial Services Advisory team within Grant Thornton UK LLP> Principality Building Society / Nemo Personal Finance Ltd, where I started in October 2015. Holding CF11/SMF17 and SMF16 roles> Cadwyn Housing Association> Wales & West Housing Association. My industry experience includes holding CF10, CF11, SMF17 and SMF16 roles, where I have been responsible for providing effective Compliance Officer/MLRO oversight and board-level reporting on matters including TCF, SYSC, COBS, APER, ARROW and financial crime.
