Peripheral Vision International (PVI) is an NGO focused on innovative media strategies for social change. It uses traditional broadcast, informal media, and out of home distribution to effectively reach target audiences in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond with social and behavior change communication and entertainment-education. Built organization from inception to established institution. Oversees functioning of all financial, operational and administrative systems as well as all activities related to research, production and distribution of social impact media. Responsible for development and implementation of strategic plans, board relations and annual audit. Heavily involved in project management of creative pipeline and business development. Personally raised $10m+ for programs and operations.

Produced original research and a variety of media for domestic and international nonprofit partners, including documentary, animation, edutainment drama, public television, webvideo, oral history, commercials and interstitials. Clients include WITNESS, Brave New Films, The Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, The Annenberg Public Policy Center, The World Bank, MiND TV, Publish What You Pay Uganda, and the Peace and Reconciliation Group Northern Ireland.

Conducted various research and project management for philanthropic consulting firm. Previously consulted for this employer in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Taught a variety of theoretical and applied courses to residential undergraduates and distance based graduate students. Taught courses and oversaw independent studies of graduate students in the MFA program.
