Paul is a partner with PwC Canada specializing in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services. Paul is the PwC Canada ESG Reporting Leader and advises clients on the impact and adoption of emerging reporting standards. Paul advises on the integration of ESG reporting and other financial and non-financial information to enable companies to communicate their strategy for sustainable enterprise value creation and preservation. Paul specialises in advising and supporting clients with transaction related advice and complex accounting in areas such as acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings and other financing arrangements and transition to new reporting frameworks. Paul has 25+ years of experience with PwC, with a background in audit, leading a number of multinational assignments for public and private companies in Canada, the US and the UK. He has extensive experience advising clients on IFRS, US GAAP, SOX reporting and other SEC requirements.Paul joined PwC in the UK before moving to Canada in 2000. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and also a Fellow Chartered Accountant in the UK as well as a licensed CPA in the US (Colorado).
