• Providing a high level of customer service and first point of contact for residents, staff, couriers and contractors at Castle Mill (a residential development housing 300 international undergraduate students and their families). • Dealing with incoming telephone calls, correspondence and emails. Identifying priority tasks for immediate attention. • Daily use of Microsoft Office, Excel, shared calendars, Planon, Qube and Salto.• Ensuring that security is maintained by checking ID cards, signing in visitors, couriers and contractors. Allocation of keys to contractors and residents. • Maintaining store rooms and monitoring stock levels. • General minor repairs including painting and replacing parts in kitchens and bathrooms such as fan filters, light bulbs, light drivers, shower heads and filters. • Undertaking statutory fire safety checks and drills. Quarterly meter reads. • Supervising contractors and reporting any problems to the Head of Graduate Accommodation or the Clerk of Works. • Accommodation pre-inspections, viewings with prospective residents, check ins and check outs. Site tours with visitors, families, contractors and tenants.
