This project was set up to promote poetry and other forms of creative expression, through live performance, publications, regular creative writing groups and workshops, the project also offers one to one sessions in creative self-expression and therapeutic writing.

I work with individuals, couples and families using various types of therapy approaches.In areas such as addiction, community conflict,adverse behavior, health and depression.
