Hired as a Sales Associate at the Sterling Heights, MI store in April 2007 and promoted to Assistant Manager/keyholder of the new Auburn Hills, MI store in April 2008. During the first year of operation, I was responsible for 43% of sales although I worked 30% of available hours. I led in catalog sales every month from April 2008 to June, 2009.
