Direct oversight of strategic and budgetary goals for products in multiple data centers across North America. Subject matter expert on Fiserv’s DNA product line.

Served as Application Operations leader. Supported a growing business while deploying new products and expanding data center footprint into Hawaii and Canada. Expanded support of additional products and services, including hosting an additional Core banking product and migrating and supporting an online banking platform. Instrumental in securing data center PCI compliance and obtaining a PCI Report on Compliance (RoC).
