With over 25 years’ experience working and advising clients and end-users, helping to identify and implement best practice business solutions. More than just being a sales professional, this has afforded me the opportunity to speak openly and honestly with business leaders ensuring that their investment in applications and technologies are not only relevant but also have longevity to maintain core business operations. Having gained comprehensive range of skills, combining hands-on business process improvement together with software application design and configuration, my capabilities have been expanded over more recent years in the selling, marketing and supporting of clients in how they go about procuring the best products and services to meet the needs of their business owners.Initially as an enthusiastic Consultant, (specialising in SAP Financials), expanding into Sales and Supply Chain Management, my grounding within the technology sector has allowed me almost 15 years of customer focused interaction at the "sharp end" of Business Development and Account Management (in both new clients names and existing accounts). With a breadth of knowledge across industry sectors including Consumer Goods, Retail, Distribution, Manufacture and Professional Services sectors. A high proportion of my career has been with the SAP space, ostensively with Channel partners to develop new and existing business opportunities, across a broad spectrum of propositions from industry product development, agile consulting and Application Managed Services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of both on-premise ad cloud driven landscapes. Having worked on Programme Assessment with both "mid-sized" and larger companies, I’ve been able to adapt my knowledge and skills through the new working challenges to help customers and partners prosper, whilst ensuring we navigate the challenging economic times we are facing...
