We have started to gear our company towards energy saving upgrades to existing homes in the Northern Nevada area. We work with all energy auditors in this area to install all recommended upgrades.

I have assisted TMCC in training the weatherization work force here in the Northern Nevada area. TMCC is now in the process of setting up a training center for Resnet HERS raters and BPI Building Analyst / Building Envelope Specialists. The expected future for this industry looks promising.

Sierra Green Builders was created in 2007 for the purpose of building efficient homes and remodel retrofits. We are currently embarking on the Energy Audit / Retrofit field.
