I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate III in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Certificate IV in Business - Small Business ManagementAs a Trainer & Assessor, I deliver Certificate III Electrotechnology to trade apprentices and Certificate II Electrotechnology to school students, preparing them for successful careers in the electrical industry. I am also involved in the development and validation of training and assessment materials for the upgrade of these qualifications, ensuring they meet the latest industry standards and requirements. In addition, I continue to operate as an Electrical Contractor, providing testing, repairs and alterations to essential safety provisions and general facilities electrical services to my clients. This enables me to keep my skills current and relevant, and to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace for my learners.I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for Electrical Engineering with the next generation of tradespeople. I not only teach them the technical and practical skills they need, but also mentor and support them to develop crucial life skills, such as problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
