I am an insurance litigation specialist with over 25 years’ experience advising on all types of insurance. I have extensive litigation experience defending claims and bringing recovery actions on behalf of insurers. I work on public and product liability, professional indemnity, fidelity and employment liability and property insurance claims. I have expertise in claims relating to catastrophic fires, fraud and arson and I have extensive experience in injury claims as well. I manage commercial recoveries and a high volume insurance recoveries and settlements practice for a leading domestic insurer.I advise on claims involving the NSW Government all sectors of the economy and regularly advise on policy wordings and coverage disputes. I regularly appear interstate and in all jurisdictions including NCAT, FOS, Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, the Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia.
