Technical Account Manager
CurrentMaking it easy to connect with APITUDE ~ a leading B2B ecosystem player in the TravelTech space.• Provide support to customers throughout the development process of integrating our API into different systems. • Develop scripts to automate, monitoring, alert, and report on the production environment.• Working closely with direct sales to position and sell the company services and solutions - including conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and follow-up on all customer-related technical requirements.• Collaborate with different departments and clients providing them support and valuable information to make the business grow and optimize the Client’s processes.• Ensure API client integration, at all steps for the API life cycle (implementation, maintenance, expansion, optimization).• Identified and solved technical issues with a variety of diagnostic and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Kibana, Grafana.• Analyze client performance and identify the optimization path moving forward.
