Integration of various service request categories to the application is also done from time to time.Customer Support for escalated issues from L1 support & coordinating with the technical teams until resolution. I had the opportunity to work with 4 different branches in Urban, Semi-urban & Rural categorizations to understand various aspects related to banking. I was keen on driving the digital products of the bank with everyday interaction with the customers. These interactions helped me understand the customer needs & the inertia of the older generation in embracing the 'digital era'.
