Having worked within the construction and development sector for over 20 years I can honestly say that I love what I do.My experience ranges from the construction of schools, hospitals and large refurbishment projects to the construction of quality built homes on both small and large developments.The project that I am most proud of to date, was the large refurbishment of Graylingwell Hospital to dwellings, including several hundred new build houses & apartments. This was the country’s first (and still the largest) carbon neutral development which included a district heating main.I currently manage a team of Surveyors and my strengths include; value engineering, cost management, processes & procedures and training & development.Current projects include: 400 units in Northampton, 300 units in Hampshire, 95 units in Stansted, 40 units in Kirdford, 40 units in Loxwood and 600 units in Bridgewater.
