• Implement revenue strategies through the analysis of statistical information for the maximization of revenue opportunities while overseeing general restaurant activities• Maintain an on-going system for the recruitment, development, recognition, and retention of store management and crew• Ensure overall maintenance of the facility and execution of preventive maintenance while sustaining all financial records, general bookkeeping, and processing payroll• Promote the business by representing the restaurant in the market place, while creating a lucrative annual food and beverage marketing plan, and developing relationships with key accounts• Start the restaurant plan from scratch and expand the business to five branches

• Oversee the store’s inventory, while creating inventory plans, organizing distribution and negotiating new contracts with suppliers, and developing processes to maximize efficiency• Implement all aspects of inventory management to include counts, product order, receiving & returns, tracking, and the securing of equipment and supplies• In charge of ordering the products and supplies while performing operational tasks to maintain an audit-ready status for the store at all times• Maintain a neat and organized backroom so merchandise and supplies are easily accessible along with merchandise flow to the sales floor to drive sales

• Manage field staff, while actively working in the field and operating specialized installation equipment for execution of construction service jobs• Participate in new employee selection process while being responsible for schedule and quality of work and daily reporting of progress• Oversee the entire building turnover process, while enhancing communication between all construction management, and working with field materials management group to optimize facility material costs• Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety while providing workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines

• Participate in daily production meetings to remain informed and ensure that the activities of all production operations management are aligned• Monitor and manage product yields• Participate in new employee selection process• Manage monthly sanitation inspections and lead, monitor and ensure corrective actions are completed as necessary• Track and report facility productivity improvements• Approve daily reports for the two or more departments
