I have been active in the fitness industry for the past five years. Since obtaining my personal trainer certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), I have worked with many clients guiding them to success in achieving their fitness goals. My clients have included a range of individuals from the average fat loss client to the natural body builder. Recently, I acquired the NFPT Master Trainer License with certifications in fitness, nutrition endurance and resistance. I am also a Senior Fitness Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and presently hold CPR/AED certification.
