As an MCAD Manager I seek to gain a solid understanding of the data a company uses to make decisions and perform actions, leading to the development of sound business processes in my area of expertise and responsibility. The use of engineering applications like Creo and Windchill can be greatly enhanced with the investment of time in their implementations. Intelligent decisions in their configuration and customization can produce substantial user and process efficiency gains, that directly impact the efficaciousness of the CAD data deliverables and the downstream data they drive. The results of such efforts are time and money savings.✅ Expert with Creo Parametric and Windchill PDM/Link tools, supporting global implementation. Over 135 users, mainly consisting of Mechanical Engineers, and included internal and external users to the company.✅ Created robust Creo implementation (with auto updates applied on each start of Creo) integrated with a Windchill PDM/Link database to create, collaborate and control the development of Creo Parametric mechanical part and assembly models for robotic products, from conception to end-of-life. ✅ Championed a Creo implementation that promoted synergy amongst users, efficiency in tool usage, resulting in timely and efficacious deliverables.✅ Provided high quality Creo Parametric and Windchill/PDM Link user support, along with high quality help documentation capturing best practice usage of tools. Documentation was hosted on a Confluence site with both written and video content available.✅ Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement high value internal processes.
