Professional Experience:Started with GE Aerospace as a Military Inlets & Exhaust Systems - Engineering Co-Op / Intern in 2002 and graduated from the Edison Engineering Development Program in 2006 with engineering rotations in Combustion Design Methods and Analysis, External Configurations Design, Product Support Engineering, and Performance Engineering, including an international assignment as the Global Engineering Coordinator in Bangalore, India for External Configurations Design.In 2006, led the New Product Introduction of the LM6000 Growth High Pressure Turbine Rotor Design while leading a team that provided Life Cycle Engineering support for the CF6 and M&I engine fleets.In 2010, led the eProductivity / eFocal team as the Lean Six-Sigma Black-Belt for the Product Engineering Center (PEC). The new methodology resulted in more accurate modeling with less resources.- Completed an integration project between the Failure Analytics Leading Indicators team and the Services Modeling and Signals team thru a combined effort in Dubai for the GP Emirates Fleet that included GP Partner participation, that resulted in a more accurate cost model.- Started a monthly WideBody - FM / FALI insights sharing session between my Services Modeling team and the Failure Analytics Leading Indicator team in order to learn best practices from each other and improve modeling techniques across all Wide Body platforms.- Started a monthly Cost Leading Indicator initiative to allow the Services Modeling and Signals team to more quickly provide the business with insights on potential cost management opportunities.- Due to COVID-19, implemented a Services Modeling lean simplification process to use the existing approved CF6 and GP Services Models for the upcoming Contract Margin Reviews thereby freeing up resources for other Wide Body Services Model development. -

As a result of this new strategy, an EDC Systems organization was created as a separate engineering section.- Grew the technical program planning and execution capability of the EDC by leading CEE Top Projects at EDC, by helping to develop Technical Plans and increasing product-line focus.- Delivered Engineering Productivity by increasing EDC Access to critical engineering information and resources, and leveraging the U.S. CEE QMI process to establish a simplified operations process for CEE Top Projects at EDC.- Grew Systems Thinking by working with US CEE and EDC consulting engineering leadership to help coordinate the 1st wave of SDF training in EDC. In addition, taught several modules on change management and trade studies during this SDF training. The time with the CEE consulting engineers at EDC was also used to identify and promote two CTH (senior engineers) from my organization (CF6 & M&I). Also, I was the founding president of the Toastmasters @ EDC club to help improve EDC's presentation skills.- Simplified CF34 Engineering by establishing a EDC IHI focal. In 2013, thirteen people from the CF34 engineering organization worked part-time with IHI. In 2014, I worked with CF34 engineering leadership, compliance, and IHI to establish and identify a full-time EDC IHI Focal. The EDC IHI Focal has improved the productivity of the US CF34 engineering organization.- As part of this role, I was responsible for building and leading the technical strategy for the EDC including the implementation of the Engineering Project Execution Tool (EPEX) across the entire GE Aviation business. -
