Responsible for managing all sales aspects of an automotive retailer to include the charge of profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention.

Task/Accomplishments: • Directly responsible to the Commanding Officer for the assigned recruiting mission for the area of operations. Promoted to Area Supervisor in December of 2012.• Exceeded assigned recruiting mission to cover lack of production in other areas of operation.• Conducted daily sales prospecting, sales calls, sales interviews, interview follow up, area sales canvassing, and service after the sale customer service.• Completed enlistment package paperwork in accordance with the formal standards and policies without error.• Responsible for the mental and physical training and preparation of each applicant looking to enlist into the United States Marine Corps.• Obtained 96 percent graduation rate from basic training of the men and women I assisted in recruiting. Far exceeding the quality standards set at the time. Achieved 47 recruiting contracts throughout 18 production months. Exceeded in both the diversity and gender driven markets and their recruiting goals.

Serve as the administrative and logistical assistant to the Commanding Officer of the Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF). Task/Accomplishments: • Assisted the Commanding Officer in maintaining his daily schedule and adequately scheduling all required events by utilizing effective time management.• Coordinated all logistical moves of the Commanding Officer including three trips outside of the Continental United States.• Responsible for multiple government assets to include the Commanding Officer’s vehicle and all electronics.• Participated as an emergency first responder to many high visibility national events like that of the 2009 Presidential Inauguration and multiple States of the Union addresses.• Assisted Commanding Officer by being the designated the Body Composition Program’s Non-Commissioned Officer in charge. Mentoring and physically training Marines of the unit that did not meet the United States Marine Corps’ height and weight regulations.
