The Enabling Function Director is the “end-to-end” custodian of a large number of “behind-the-scenes” functions which directly support the Value Zone. In the Dome Show parlance this is the Off-stage Director who supports the on-stage team (as its “Guest”) with a variety of critical needs including development and management of the overall show script (organisational processes) and the infrastructure to support its delivery and measurement.Critical Impact AreasGovernance – owner of all governance processes as they relate to all forms of compliance (ie. From Company Secretarial to OHS).Processes – custodian of the total show script including standards and procedures for publishing and modification thereofReporting – all “dashboard” and management reporting excluding annual statutory reporting and statutory accounting compliance. This includes all KPI’s and reporting on Key Business Activities (“KBA’s”)Technology and systems – design, development and delivery of all technology and systems necessary to support Gung Ho! and Raving Fan requirements – as driven by (a) Castology / Guestology, (b) Disruptive innovation initiativesAccounting administration – management of all the monthly accounting cycle activities and support systemsDocumentation Management / Library Services – management of all documentation library management servicesAdministration support – support all aspects of administration of the Café Support Centre“Lean” Practice Leader – be a practice leader for the Group in Lean philosophy and thinking and together with the Commercial Director lead and manage the enterprise for cost leadership at both the café non-controllable cost level and all non café controllable costs.
