Regularly reviewed and updated overall project Tracking Schedule. Made payment claims in timely manner.Took responsibility for ensuring all documentation to be issued For Tender and Construction was in accordance with company Guidelines and Standards, would create least queries through Tender process, and least variations on site. (NB. Approx. 30 construction projects completed each year requiring Design input, so-called Minor Works between approx. $20K - $1M.)Lodged all Building Consent applications thoroughly/completely and responded promptly to Council RFI’s – to ensure approvals gained as programmed.
