I work with a variety of clients to produce high quality 3d visuals, technical drawings and graphics for exhibition stands and event spaces. I work primarily with 3ds Max, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.

Exhibition stand designer and art worker using a variety of software including Adobe Suite and 3ds Max to produce visuals and technical drawings of exhibition stand and event spaces.My role frequently involved project management, working closely with printers, contractors and suppliers to create exhibition stands from concept through to final build.

I spent four months with an Exhibition/Conference Design Company as a CAD Designer, producing technical drawings and 3D visuals of exhibition stands and conference sets. I learnt to use several new software packages while at West End Studios, including 3ds Max and Vectorworks.

This role involved inputting, calculating, paying and authorising invoices for the council’s Purchasing Department.

Along with expanding my knowledge of design applications and the design process I also gained valuable knowledge of the print industry, working with large format printers and Raster Image Processors.My work included producing promotional material, print and web based graphics and timetables for many major train companies such as First Capital Connect, First Great Western and Southeastern. The timetable creation process involved a large amount of data being input to QuarkXPress and then formatted appropriately. I was also involved in making network maps for various transport companies for which I used Adobe Illustrator, and I became very familiar with Illustrator throughout this work.
