Paul holds an MBA from Texas A&M, an MA from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija (Madrid, Spain), a BS from Utah State, and is a graduate from Spain’s Joint Staff College, and the US Air Force’s Air War College. He is fluent in Spanish, and currently lives with his wife and two children in Phoenix, Arizona.
