Paul recently returned from a deployment to Europe where he helped stand-up and lead the US Air Force’s security assistance to Ukraine in response to Russia’s war of aggression. He currently serves as the Deputy Director for Plans, Requirements, Programs and Assessments at Air Forces Southern. Prior to his current role, Paul served as the Head of International Relations for Air Forces Southern—where he oversaw international relations with 31 Partner Nations and managed 18 military diplomats responsible for US Air Force operations, activities, and investments across Latin America and the Caribbean. He has held positions as Installation Chief Financial Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Executive Action Team Director, Analysis and Lessons Learned Chief, and has Air Staff and Defense Logistics Agency experience. He also has significant board and entrepreneur mentorship experience. Paul holds an MBA from Texas A&M, an MA from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija (Madrid, Spain), a BS from Utah State, and is a graduate from Spain’s Joint Staff College, and the US Air Force’s Air War College. He is fluent in Spanish, and currently lives with his wife and two children in Phoenix, Arizona.
